  • Submissions invited for See Me, Hear Me 15/03/2012 The Benevolent Society is once again calling for artworks created by people who use art as part of their recovery from mental illness.  The See Me, Hear Me exhibition is an opportunity for people with a mental illness to tell their story to the wider community, and for them to be acknowledged as artists. Get submissions in by Friday 18 May 2012, for the exhibition being held at Campbelltown Arts Centre from 6 June and at local libraries afterwards.
  • Inside: Life in Children's Homes and Institutions 16/02/2012 The Inside exhibition will be on show at the National Museum of Australia in Canberra from 16 November 2011 to 26 Febuary 2012.
  • See Me Hear Me art exhibition in Fairfield 01/02/2012

    The See Me Hear Me art  exhibition provides residents from Fairfield and Liverpool with the opportunity to use art to communicate about living with mental illness. The exhibition is a collaboration between The Benevolent Society and the Gallery.
