Social Leadership Australia (SLA) is a specialist, not-for-profit leadership development consultancy at The Benevolent Society.

Established with a vision to foster new leadership to build Australia's civic wellbeing, SLA has grown from a single year-long program for 30 people in Sydney, to a thriving leadership centre teaching over 500 leaders through over 20 programs in four states and territories each year.

SLA is transforming leadership thinking and practice in Australia, driving systemic change to create a better world.
