- monitoring referral processes and outcomes
- maintaining and updating HS NET - a database of services and their availability and eligibility requirements
- identifying and attending interagency and practice networks in the region; promoting the development or consolidation of these with consultation and evaluation of those involved
- establishing a working group of area managers and coordinators of government, non-government and private providers to evaluate and plan regional service delivery
- developing, operating and reporting on feedback pathways from callers, workers and community
